Tuition Assistance Program

All full-time and part-time employees who routinely work a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week; who have successfully completed a full six (6) months of service; and who are currently in good performance standing with Ent Credit Union, are eligible for reimbursement towards an Associates, Bachelors or Master’s degree program

Volunteer Time-Off Program

Driven by our united mission, Ent Credit Union encourages all employees to seek out and support – with both time and talent – worthwhile local community organizations and activities.

Each quarter, full-time employees receive eight (8) hours of volunteer time-off and part-time employees receive four (4) hours of volunteer time-off; hours can be rolled over from quarter to quarter but not into the next calendar year.

PTO

Full-time employees, and part-time employees working more than twenty (20) hours per week, earn Paid Time Off (PTO) according to their length of employment.

Paid Sick Leave

Full-time and part-time employees have forty-eight (48) hours of Paid Sick Leave (PSL) annually.

Parental Paid Leave

Full-time and part-time employees who are a new parent due to birth or adoption that is not the delivering parent, will receive 70% of their pay for up to 5 weeks.

Ent offers the popular My Pet Protection insurance through Nationwide which features more choices and more flexibility.
